An independently owned plumbing crew based in Damansara Utama. Started as one van in 2017, now four engineers and a dispatcher serving the Klang Valley full-time.
Ravi opened Hydroline in 2017 after twelve years working under bigger contractors. The wage was steady but the work felt rushed — jobs closed before they were really finished, follow-up calls treated as someone else’s problem. Hydroline started with a promise: every invoice we send carries the engineer’s name, and that engineer is on the hook if it leaks again.
Eight years in, we’ve closed more than 6,200 jobs across PJ, KL and the wider Klang Valley. A meaningful share of that comes from property managers and landlords who keep us on speed-dial because the reports we hand back don’t need translating.
Our engineers hold City & Guilds Level 2/3 (NVQ equivalent) certifications and SPAN P3 plumbing licences. Heater installs covered by SKM Level 3 wireman supervision. Annual refresh courses with the Plumbing Industry Promotion Council of Malaysia.
Cut corners on waterproofing. Quote without seeing the job. Subcontract to crews we haven’t personally trained. Bill you for unexpected work you didn’t agree to. Walk off site without a working pressure test.
Most customers describe the symptom and the cause separately. The dispatcher’s job is to keep them apart until we’ve looked.
If a fix is worth doing, it’s worth a written scope. We don’t do verbal-only quotes for anything above RM 300.
Every supply repair is held at working pressure for thirty minutes before we sign off. No exceptions for “quick” jobs.
The customer judges the job by the state of the floor, not the brass. Dust sheets out, dust sheets back in.
