Right tool for the actual blockage

A bathroom hair clog and a grease-and-root main-line problem need very different approaches. Using the wrong tool either leaves the blockage in place or damages the pipe wall. Our van carries four categories of clearance gear so we never improvise.

Hand auger. Sink and basin traps, light hair.
Motorised drum cable, 10–25 m. Stack and lateral blockages, soft obstructions.
4500 PSI hydrojetter. Grease, scale, root incursions on main runs.
CCTV crawler. Inspect after clearance, document the wall condition, decide whether a re-line is worth quoting.

Grease traps & inspection chambers

For F&B tenancies we run monthly grease-trap pump-outs with manifest paperwork that satisfies your landlord and DBKL/MBPJ inspections. We also rebuild collapsed inspection chambers in landed properties — brickwork and benching, not a quick patch.
