Do you cover my area?
We cover the whole Klang Valley as standard — Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Subang, USJ, Shah Alam, Setia Alam, Cheras, Ampang and Cyberjaya. We also visit Klang, Putrajaya and Seremban for booked retainer customers.
How fast can you arrive for an emergency?
Inside the central Klang Valley we average 62 minutes from the moment the dispatcher confirms the slot. For genuine emergencies (burst pipe, total cut-off, sewage backflow) we will tell you on the call whether the next available engineer can reach you in under 90 minutes — if not, we’ll honestly say so and recommend the most pragmatic interim step.
Are your engineers licensed?
Yes — SPAN-registered plumbers and SKM Level 3 certified for the heater installs. Gas work is referred to an Energy Commission gas contractor who travels with us when needed. We can email you the certificates before any major job.
What do you charge for a callout?
Standard daytime survey fee is RM 180 within the Klang Valley, credited against the repair if you proceed. Weekend/after-hours surcharges are disclosed before we leave the depot — usually 30–50% above standard.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, FPX, DuitNow QR, cash or major debit cards. No surcharge on any of these. We do not accept post-dated cheques. Receipts are emailed within ten minutes of payment.
Do you offer a warranty?
12 months on workmanship for every paid invoice. Parts carry their manufacturer warranty (1 to 7 years depending on the brand). The warranty card is issued digitally on the day of the job.
Will I get the same engineer each time?
For non-emergency work, yes, where possible — especially on retainer accounts. For emergencies it’s whoever is closest at the time.
Can you work around tenants?
Yes. We coordinate with property managers and tenants directly. Reports are written so a landlord overseas can sign them off without a follow-up call.
What if you can’t fix it?
If we cannot resolve the fault, you pay only the survey fee — the labour and any unused parts are written off. We’ll tell you who in the trade is actually equipped for whatever it is.
