What a Hydroline rebuild includes
- Demolition and protected debris removal (lift mats, corridor sheeting, building-management notification).
- Soil-pipe and supply-line inspection and any necessary re-routing.
- Two-coat cementitious waterproofing with 24-hour ponding test.
- Floor screed with calculated fall to drain, tested with marble-rolling before tile.
- Tile layout in 3D before we cut anything.
- Fixture installation (you supply or we source).
- Silicone finishing, mirror & accessory mounting, final clean.
- Three-day live-test before sign-off.
What we deliberately don’t do
We don’t move structural walls, we don’t alter electrical circuits ourselves (we bring a Suruhanjaya Tenaga-licensed electrician), and we don’t fit gas heaters without an Energy Commission gas contractor. Everyone we bring is named on the contract.
